Everything in life takes some sort of concentration in order to perform well or to be able to understand what is going on either in a book, television, movie, or just basically around you. This is true with video games, sports, and even gambling. Finding a way to remain focused and keep your, eye on the prize, so to speak, is probably the most important factor in any outcome.

If we lose our focus when reading a book or enjoying a movie we will not know how it all ends or what happened in between the beginning and the conclusion.
